Maharishi offers governments a
new doctrine of ideal administration
through total Natural Law

Governments will prevent problems
and conflict without force or punishment

Destructive forces in the world will be eliminated,
just as darkness is eliminated with the onset of light

(June 29, 2004) His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi offered to heads of state a new doctrine of ideal administration that will fulfill the parental role of every government and ensure the safety and security of its people without force or punishment. At the basis of Maharishi’s doctrine is his Vedic approach to education, which enlivens the unlimited creative potential within every student so that individual and national life are always supported by the evolutionary power of Natural Law. Then, Maharishi said, no one will make mistakes or create problems for himself or for others.

Maharishi’s announcement came during his global news conference on June 23, which was broadcast live via satellite and Internet webcast from the Capital of the Global Country of World Peace in Meru, Holland.

Vedic education will allow every student to
experience the Unified Field within his own Self

Maharishi said the discovery by modern science of the Unified Field—the field of total Natural Law, which administers the universe with perfect order—can now be brought to the awareness of every student through Vedic education. “Whatever has been discovered has to be put to use—otherwise, what is the use of the discovery?” Maharishi said. “Vedic education will give every student direct experience of the Unified Field through Vedic technologies of consciousness, including Transcendental Meditation and Yogic Flying.”

Maharishi emphasized that knowledge of the Unified Field can never be gained by reading books. “Complete knowledge of the Unified Field is not available in books,” Maharishi said. “However, it is easily available to everyone within the transcendental field of his own Self.”

Vedic universities, colleges, and schools
are being established in every major city

Maharishi said his Global Country of World Peace is now establishing Vedic universities, colleges, and schools in every major city to offer to the whole population the science and technology of the Unified Field. “Education should prepare students for a successful, affluent, fulfilling life. With Vedic education, our children won’t be slaves to situations and circumstances. With their awareness open to the Unified Field, they will rule Natural Law—they will rule the world,” Maharishi said.

Maharishi added that compared to the unlimited possibilities open to students through Vedic education, modern education is fraudulent. “Teachers have the conviction they are giving complete knowledge to their students,” Maharishi said. “But they are only giving isolated knowledge—they lack the knowledge of how every student can command the totality of life.”

Governments will fulfill their parental role in the nation

Maharishi said that Vedic education will fulfill the purpose of governments to prevent problems and conflict in the nation without force or punishment. “Governments will fulfill their parental role by inculcating in the people the ability for spontaneous right action in accord with Natural Law,” Maharishi said. “Then no one will make mistakes or create problems for himself or others.”

Maharishi added that when his Vedic approach to education is offered in even a few countries, the positive effect will be felt immediately throughout the world. “The destructive tendencies will be eliminated in the same way as darkness is eliminated with the onset of light,” Maharishi said.

A few groups of 8,000 Yogic Flyers will create purified world consciousness

In addition to establishing Vedic educational institutions, Maharishi said his Global Country of World Peace is establishing peace-creating groups of Yogic Flyers in every country to enliven the Unified Field and purify collective consciousness. “Even a few groups of 8,000 Yogic Flyers around the globe is enough to purify world consciousness and create a fully developed society that radiates all possibilities—peace, affluence, invincibility—for all mankind,” Maharishi said.

Maharishi then explained how Yogic Flying creates peace. “The body lifts up in the air through a gentle impulse of thought from the source of thought—the Unified Field,” Maharishi said. “This means that gravity comes under human control. And when gravity comes under human control, then the totality of Natural Law, which administers the universe with perfect order, comes under human control. This command over Natural Law during Yogic Flying creates an influence of coherence and harmony in collective consciousness.”

“Soon we will have a peaceful world”

Maharishi concluded by offering his most profound gratitude to the Vedic tradition of masters who have blessed the world with total knowledge. “Soon we will have a peaceful world—as peaceful as the administration of the ever-expanding galactic universe,” Maharishi said. “All glory to the Vedic tradition of masters who have blessed us with the complete science and technology of total knowledge to create a perfect civilization where fulfilment will prevail for all times to come.”

(June 22, 2004) The Global Country of World Peace will raise globalization to the pinnacle of fulfillment and achieve what the United Nations and other organizations of nations have repeatedly failed to achieve: harmony and affluence in every country and permanent peace in the family of nations.

This was the proclamation of His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, founder of the Global Country of World Peace, during his global news conference on June 16, which was broadcast live via satellite and Internet webcast from the Capital of the Global Country of World Peace in Meru, Holland.

The UN has failed because it is based on limited human concepts

Maharishi said that poverty and conflict are widespread in the world because the UN and other groups of nations are incapable of preventing problems. “These are humanly conceived organizations which will never be free from human weaknesses and human failures,” Maharishi said. “Such limited human concepts will never be truly applicable or nourishing for everyone.”

 The Constitution of the Universe is eternal and uncreated

On the other hand, Maharishi said, the Global Country of World Peace will succeed because it is based on total Natural Law—the Constitution of the Universe—which promotes the evolution of everyone and everything, from point to infinity, in the ever-expanding universe. “The Constitution of the Universe is eternal, uncreated, and equally nourishing for all,” Maharishi said. “No one made the Constitution of the Universe—and no one can unmake or disturb it.”

Constitution of the Universe can be enlivened
in human awareness to create world peace

Maharishi said that the Constitution of the Universe can be enlivened in human awareness to promote mastery over Natural Law for every individual and peace for the whole world. “The enormous administrative power of the universe can be captured within the Self of everyone through the practice of Yogic Flying,” Maharishi said. “When an individual projects a gentle thought from the source of thought—the Constitution of the Universe—for the body to lift up, then immediately the body lifts up in the air. This means the invincible force of gravity obeys the command of individual awareness. This is mastery over the governing intelligence of the whole universe.”

Extensive scientific research has confirmed that large groups of people practicing Yogic Flying create harmony and peace in world consciousness. “A group of 8,000 Yogic Flyers will command total Natural Law and surcharge the atmosphere of the whole world with coherence and harmony,” Maharishi said.

Every government will fulfil its parental role for the nation

Maharishi said that the Global Country of World Peace is prepared to train groups of Yogic Flyers for every government without delay. “Every government will fulfil its parental role in the nation and enjoy the full support of total Natural Law, which is always evolutionary and fulfilling for everyone. This is the prevention-oriented, problem-free administration of the Peace Government that we are establishing in every country in the world today,” Maharishi said.

Royal Union of Sovereign Nations for World Peace to create
a beautiful mosaic of differences in the light of total Natural Law

In response to the recent expansion of the European Union, His Excellency Dr. Benjamin Feldman, Minister of Finance of the Global Country of World Peace, announced the formation of the Royal Union of Sovereign Nations for World Peace to fulfil the trend of globalization in the world. “We invite every nation and every group of nations to join the Royal Union of Sovereign Nations for World Peace and rise to enjoy fulfilment, affluence, and invincibility,” Dr. Feldman said. “Then the strength of every nation will be enjoyed by all nations, just as the strength of each member of a family is enjoyed by the whole family. Our world will be a beautiful mosaic of different cultures, languages, and religions in the light of total Natural Law—the light of God—that governs the universe with perfect order.”

“Inspire the people to participate in the Peace Government”

Maharishi concluded by calling on the world press to inspire the people to participate in the Peace Government. “With the blessings of the Vedic tradition of masters, every government can shape the destiny of its people just by maintaining a group of Yogic Flyers in the nation,” Maharishi said. “So now is the time for the press to favor life on earth. Write something worthwhile—don’t waste your intelligence on writing negativity and nonsense. Inspire the people to participate in the Peace Government—the royal road to perfection in life now and for all times to come.”

(June 15, 2004) The Capital of the Global Country of World Peace has been established in the financial district of New York City and will soon offer government leaders the complete science and technology of total Natural Law—the science and technology of peace—to open the gate of good fortune for all nations and a bright future of affluence and peace for all mankind.

This was the proclamation of His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi during his recent global news conference on June 9, which was broadcast live via satellite and Internet webcast from the Capital of the Global Country of World Peace in Meru, Holland.

“Politics has been swallowed up by economics—creating fear and division in the family of nations,” Maharishi said. “The functioning Capital of the Global Country of World Peace in New York City—the economic capital of the world—will purify the field of politics and bring affluence to every government and satisfaction to all the people.”

The Capital of the Global Country of World Peace is located at 70 Broad Street, one block from the New York Stock Exchange. The 96-year-old building is a national historic landmark that once housed the American Bank Note Company—the firm that engraved U.S. paper currency and produced security documents, such as stock certificates, checks, and stamps. The historic building was purchased using the Raam—the gold-backed development currency of the Global Country of World Peace.

The Global Country of World Peace administers from the field of silence

The Global Country of World Peace was founded by Maharishi on October 7, 2000, to promote prevention-oriented, problem-free administration in every nation through the total knowledge of Natural Law. In contrast to today’s governments, Maharishi said, which administer society from the surface level of action alone, the Global Country of World Peace promotes ideal administration from the underlying field of silence—the Unified Field of Natural Law—that upholds the entire universe. “The ideal system of administration is the administration of Natural Law, which eternally promotes the orderly evolution of everyone and everything, from point to infinity, in the ever-expanding universe,” Maharishi said.

Maharishi said the Unified Field is open to every individual in the transcendental field of his own inner Self. “Now, through the wisdom of the tradition of Vedic masters, every individual can command the enormous energy and intelligence that administers the universe—command the force of gravity—through a gentle impulse of thought within his own simple awareness,” Maharishi said. Maharishi added that command over gravity is demonstrated through Yogic Flying, when the body lifts up through the power of a simple, natural, effortless thought from the level of the Unified Field.

Groups of Yogic Flyers will enliven the Unified Field to promote world peace

In response to a question about how his knowledge can be applied to create peace in a turbulent world, Maharishi said that His Majesty Raja Raam, First Ruler of the Global Country of World Peace, is now establishing throughout the world several groups of 8,000 peace-creating experts whose practice of Yogic Flying will enliven the Unified Field in world consciousness to neutralize negativity and disharmony and promote peace and harmony in the family of nations. His Majesty Raja Raam is also offering to every government the complete science and technology of total Natural Law to prevent problems and promote perfection in education, health care, administration, the economy, defence, agriculture, and architecture and community planning.

Global Parliaments of World Peace to present
the peace-creating knowledge of total Natural Law

Dr. John Hagelin, President of the US Peace Government and Minister of Science and Technology of the Global Country of World Peace, announced that daily Global Parliaments of Peace will be held at the Capital of the Global Country of World Peace to present the peace-creating knowledge of total Natural Law to heads of state and their cabinet ministers, UN ambassadors, and other top decision-makers. The leaders will be able to attend the Global Parliament of Peace in person or participate via videoconference from anywhere in the world.

(June 8, 2004) His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi declared to the world press that the dark ages of tyranny and destruction are coming to an end, and the long-sought ideal of Heaven on Earth is about to dawn for all mankind through the rise of total Natural Law—the light of God—in world consciousness. Maharishi dismissed the remaining patches of destruction in the world as the “humming of mosquitoes”—disturbing for the moment but soon to be extinct.

“The time of darkness of the night is over—now is the time for the sunshine,” Maharishi proclaimed. “On the basis of the total knowledge of Natural Law vibrant in our possession today, the day is not far when our dear world family will enjoy Heaven on Earth.”

Maharishi’s declaration came during his most recent global news conference, which was held on June 2 and broacast live via satellite and Internet webcast from the Capital of the Global Country of World Peace in Meru, Holland.

The trends of time will take a definite turn
towards positivity and peace within a few months

For the past several weeks, Maharishi has been announcing to the world press that the trends of time will take a definite turn towards global positivity and peace within a few months. In response to a journalist’s question, Maharishi explained that the first signs of the worldwide transformation will be produced by groups of specially trained peace-creating experts—Vedic pandits—located in hundreds of districts throughout India. These Vedic pandits will utilize Vedic technologies of consciousness to promote an influence of coherence and harmony in the collective consciousness of 108 countries.

Negative influences coming to a country
will be neutralized by groups of Vedic pandits

“One or two groups of Vedic pandits in each district in India will promote peace for one country abroad through the collective practice of Yogic Flying and prevention-oriented Vedic performances, such as Yagyas and Grahashanti,” Maharishi said, who then added, “Everything in the universe influences everything else. Negative influences coming to a country from the near or far environment—such as a distant planet or star—will be neutralized by these groups of Vedic pandits who have a relationship with that country.” 

Maharishi’s program to create permanent world peace

In addition to the groups of Vedic pandits in India, Maharishi’s program to create permanent world peace calls for immediately establishing:

• Groups of peace-creating experts in every country to promote coherence in national and world consciousness and prevent negative influences from coming to any nation

• Three thousand Peace Palaces in the world’s largest 3,000 cities to radiate peace and disallow stress or disharmony from arising anywhere in the world

• Vedic universities, medical colleges, and secondary and primary schools in every city to provide the total knowledge of Natural Law to raise the whole population to enlightenment

• Global Country of World Peace—with its affiliated Peace Governments in 108 countries—to peacefully administer the world in the same flawless manner as Natural Law peacefully administers the universe with perfect order

World peace is inevitable

Maharishi said that world peace is now inevitable through these proven approaches. “We have with us the total potential of Natural Law—the light of God—and the blessings of the tradition of Vedic masters. Now, the world can’t escape rising to a supremely satisfactory and blissful state of life—Heaven on Earth,” Maharishi said. “Whatever bubbles of unrest or negativity may remain here and there around the world will simply not last. What will prevail throughout society is peace—the evolutionary influence of cosmic intelligence.”

“This will be the gift of our generation to future generations”

Maharishi concluded by emphasizing that the world will begin to see the signs of peace very soon. “Darkness disappears with the onset of light. Very soon everyone will begin to witness the signs of peace—the signs of the light of total Natural Law—dawning in the world. Life will be lived in favor of evolution—everything destructive will drop away and everything constructive will grow stronger and stronger. This will be the gift of our generation to all future generations,” Maharishi said.
